Ingredients:
- Kefir milk * - Alternatively you can use Yogurt and some milk too!
- Chia seeds
- Fruits of your choice - I've used Bananas and Mangoes here that tastes amazing
- Nuts of your choice - I've used Macadamia, Pine, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Pistachios
- Seeds of your choice - Pumpkin, Melon, White Sesame seeds, Black Sesame seeds
- Dates and raisins - To add some sweetness to your taste. Avoided any other sugars here!
- Dry coconut flakes
- Cardamom Powder
- Cinnamon Powder
Method: Soak chia seeds in Kefir, top it with all the above ingredients one by one and enjoy this amazing gut healing probiotic goodness for breakfast or as a dessert!
You can go creative with the quantities of each ingredient and anything you have handy.

I used Wegmans organic Kefir low fat milk. You can alternate Kefir milk to yogurt or milk if you don't have it handy.
