Butter Milk from Kefir!


Ingredients:

  1. Kefir milk * - Alternatively you can use Yogurt/Curds too!
  2. Salt
  3. Water

Method: As a healthy twist, add 2-3 Tbsps. of Kefir milk instead of yogurt/curds into a glass, sprinkle some salt,  mix well and dilute this mixture with plain water. 

Optionally, you may top it with some mint leaves and chopped cilantro! There are many more variations you can creatively create out of this nutritional drink!

Butter milk is generally or commonly known to be the diluted form of  Yogurt/curds. As a healthy twist, follow the above recipe. This is an extremely soothing, refreshing, delightful and very simple to make beneficial drink to consume all day, every day. And I can keep going on and on about it!

This is a drink I have at least 2-3 times a day as part of my daily diet. Anytime I start feeling that my stomach acids are coming up my throat due to heavy creamy or oily food that I could have consumed, instead of popping antacids or acid reducer pills to get immediate relief but has hidden side effects, I simply take a glass of this Elixir! Yes it is that amazing!!! I take this kefir butter milk and then within 1/2 hour my acid reflux or heart burn symptoms disappears magically!!!
